A socio-economic purpose
In Cameroon, personal development and Neuro-Linguistic Programming are still little known to the general public. We often blame our failures on the environment or a lack of means; yet they most often stem from our difficulty in developing our skills, in other words from personal blocks. Training professional coaches improves the personal and professional lives of leaders and the health of their companies, and helps reduce unemployment: graduates can set up on their own or join an organisation.
A socio-political purpose
Wars, divisions, misunderstandings: many crises are born of poor communication. Through its effective communication tools, NLP helps everyone improve the quality of their exchanges in families, companies and organisations, and replace limiting beliefs with positive energy, for more stable and peaceful families, organisations and societies.
A cultural and educational purpose
NLP teaching tools take into account each learner's sensory mode of expression, tastes and values. They help rethink education and vocational training in Africa, for better performance and personal fulfilment: a condition for sustainable development.
